If I can't have a boy friend like him, I want a son like him! Who is he? The answer is the talented Evan yo 蔡旻佑! He is such a talented and cute young boy! Ok lah, not so young.. but he is only 21 lor! My gosh.....

He can play the violin and piano very well. Don't you think guys who can play musical instruments are very charming??? They just make all the girls swoon........... His 1st album is very nice and there is this song call "我可以" which is very simple and very sweet. I was so attracted to this young guy until 星光帮came along with my darling 楊宗緯 and 林宥嘉 and the most recent "oh-so-geeky-but-do-cute" 盧廣仲! Geek is so IN now, thanks to Luella Bartley. My new collections are so geeky and superhero inspired too!

Baby Isabelle's 1st month luncheon!

Yes, another baby 1st month party I'm attending. This is the 3rd baby party I've attended this year! For anyone who doesn't know by now, Baby Isabelle is Louisa's baby daughter born on the 7th of July this year! My boss's 1st grand child! We all can tell that he is so so SO happy! He had been dreaming of this day! Hahaha...

So it's a simple luncheon at a not so simple place - The Line @ Shangri La Hotel on National Day. And boy, it was sure crowded on that day! Funny thing is that we are seated together with the rest of the buffet crowd. Feel a little wierd cos there is like not much interaction and the sections in which we are seated at are all spilt up into sections. Most people who arrived just sat and started attacking the buffet line like most other paying guest. I did brought the girls over and told Mr. Sim that we had reached and we took a peek at the cute, chubby baby.

And after that, it seemed like our own private party at our own long table. Boo was invited too so he came and squeeze with us.

The buffet had a huge selection of different food! It was so much different from the "local fare" buffet at Goodwood Park hotel my sistas and I had the week before! I'm sure the price is way different too! Wahaha....

Shiying cut the bread and I placed them nicely.

My latest campaign..... feels like.... a flop!!!!!!!!

It's like pure bad luck ever since the 1st day.

Design wise - No luck with whatever fabric I want...... the lace I want to use is confined internationally....... Cannot meet minimum quantity so have to change designs and I thought, OK lor... Change designs nevermind lor, just change the designs the best that it can look and then shoot chio chio still can make myself happy and sell my designs super well can liao. Happy liao.

But hor no lor! I can't believe my luck when I start to cast models all the way back in early June lor!!! No models lor that suits my exclusive label lor!!! SIAN LEH!!! I thought I can fly Anastasia back again this year since no one can match her standards liao. Without Angie around to make the decision and no one to back me, I made a SUPER daring decision without any consent lor - that is to pay HALF her air ticket from Milan to come back just to shoot my campaign lor.

Where art thou?!?!

After so many calls, so many emails, so many sleepless nights (everytime I wake up in the middle of the night and I will automatically start thinking about this problem then I can't sleep already!) the agency tells me to forget it since the air ticket is toooooo ex and even half the air tic is over my budget..................

So when I approach another agency, and almost found a some-what quite suitable model, the 1st agency offered to fly another model from NY for me. This model's portfolio looks ok but I haven't seen her real person so I am not sure what I'm in for PLUS I send the other short-listed model for casting and the photos that came back is so not flattering lor.


HEADACHE AR........................


Then the model war started. 2 agencies fighting for this job. Called me almost every hour lor. 1 agency tried to talk me through to book their girl, the other one keep brainwashing me. It was so bad everytime I hang up the phone I get a splitting headache........



So after a few days, we finally made the decision to fly the girl from NY. So there is no going back but yesterday when I saw her, I was so disappointed lor.... No right she can pose lah BUT she looks so old lor.... her boobs also not natural. Double blow man! Then my booker still call me and tell me: "think I won't ask her back in Sept already... she don't have market in S'pore lor...oops, you get what I mean hor?!" I felt like at the point, I had been stabbed already then he came and push the knife further in and not only that, took the knife and started turning the handle right and left then left then right again and says "DIEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! You bitch!!!!"

(I bet if Yvonne is reading this, she will be laughing out loud lor! Thinking.... Elaine "or-bi-good" lor, don't wanna book my Zoe lor!)


So I have No luck with models, no luck with location, my samples cannot be done in time and sooooo many other problemssssss..... I am so going crazy already.


Tomorrow is the shoot already. Going to dbl O to shoot so hope all is well. Hope the model don't look so old. Hope I don't need to do toooooo many touch up after that.

Baby Tasha's party!

It's Baby Tasha's 1st ever party!

This is my 2nd 满月party I've attended in July! The 1st one is Baby Chelsea's party which I've to travel all the way to Jurong West to attend! My best friend, Kristy had to stay so far from me! We are like on different ends of the island lor! Very chams!

Ice had made me the "official decorator" of Princess Tasha's party! Wahahaha... sound like machiam I'm David Tutera lor! Wahaha.... of course I couldn't do it alone so I roped in all the sistas's help!

Prior to the actual date, I went deco-shopping with Boo after his sister's solemnisation. It was a good thing that all the party and gift suppliers had moved to Middle Road! It's so accessible now! So I got lots and lots of balloons - pink and white, rolls and rolls of ribbons, big "It's a Girl!" banner and streamers. I had quite a hard time cos the selection was limited. The decorations are mainly for 1st birthdays. Damns!
